Description | Hi Team, We are using the Mantis version 1.3.20 for one of our projects. We are trying to set up an alert mechanism for that project. Can you please confirm which configuration needs to be set up, so that the monitor can get an email once they have been assigned to an issue as a monitor? Please note: we are getting alerts of any updates on the incident but we want the added watcher to receive mail mentioning like - "He / She has been added as a watcher/monitor for the issue" Regards, | ||||

Check the "Send a Reminder" feature - this will let you type a message to send to the user, and add them to the monitoring list.
