Yep, that is the one. I have not worked with it but I would do the following.
Copy the existing pages to the custom pages and simply add the Resolution field to show in the form page . Next ensure the action page also updates that field. This way you should be safe

Have a look @ "Custom Group Actions" . You can define your own page with the wanted resolution field

There is a plugin (EasyEnter) to customize the report screen, seems a better option than changing the code. You use a non-existing directive called $g_view_all_bug_threshold, logically that does not work. I do not think this is available out of the box. You can adjust the array to define what you do...

You can assign TI to a specific category. Once that is done, all tickets with that category will be assigned to this person

But why would you actually want this?

it should read:
$g_create_project_threshold = REPORTER;
Nevertheless I would advise to reconsider allowing this.

just installed it on my 2.25.2 version and it works out of the box. Suggest a fresh download, remove current plugin and start again.

Yes, you did the install but you need to activate it too, like Atrol said, press the install button of the Dark theme and you will be fine
