Is there a setting or combination of variables in config to allow all unassigned tickets to always be displayed in the "My View" screen regardless of project dropdown setting at the top of the screen?
Use case is that we allow emailed tickets which auto-select as "emailed" project type and if you have the "all projects" dropdown set then you see those emailed tickets sitting in the "Unassigned" section of "My View". However, most developers keep their top dropdown project set to their most-used project and thus do not see anything in the Unassigned section until another developer changed the "emailed" ticket type to a particular project.
Thus, some tickets go days before being seen which is bad customer service. If we had the ability to specify that all unassigned tickets will always bee seen, it would help prevent this. I hope.
