Hi,
New to this - and not sure where to post - or if it is a Mantis problem.
I'm trying to report a problem in GeoSetter - but cannot register a user since I never receive a confimation email.
I get a Mantis message saying the registration is successful and I will receive an mail.
I have tried with both a 'gmail.com' and an 'outlook.com' address. Never receive any email.
Is this on the Mantis or the GeoSetter side?
If on the Mantis side, I will of course supply the email(s) in question - different from the one used here.
Best regards
Poul

You have to contact the support of Geosetter for that.
Their MantisBT instance is running on their own server using their own settings.

Just tried myself. I did receive the confirmation email from Geosetter.
Maybe you have it in your spam folder.

Thanks a lot for the fast and useful answer!
And yes - it works on this site - I just created my account
And no, it is not in my spam folder(s) - wish it was.
GeoSetter is not the first site having problems sending registration confirmation via gmail - seems they are caught somewhere inside gmail, guess some internal "spam filter". But outlook usually works, then.
I'll try to find a way to contact GeoSetter without having an account
Thanks again,
Poul
